Your use of our website and the purchase of any of the products on our website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Brisk Trading reserves the right at any time to change or add to the content of its website and to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Australian Consumer Laws. When placing an order on our website you are undertaking a contract with us which is subject to these laws and to these Terms and Conditions.


At Brisk Trading, we strive to offer you a range of high quality products.

We have tried to ensure that all products described and depicted on our website are as accurate as possible. Sometimes however, because of the nature, fibre and make of a product, there may be some variations in the product on our website and the product you receive.

Colour choices, for example, where applicable, will be detailed on the website, however colours may appear differently on different mediums or technology used to view the product. Any slight change of colour is not a fault or error of Brisk Trading and we will be happy to refund or exchange if you are not happy with a product for this reason.

Because Brisk Trading sells products from other manufacturers and suppliers we also cannot warrant that all physical qualities of the product are accurate, to the extent permitted by law.

While we make every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone and issue a full refund or offer you another product or credit at your discretion.

We reserve the right to remove or change any product from our website at any time and we will not be held liable to you or a third party for any products becoming unavailable on our website for any reason, after an order has been placed. If you have placed an order and a product is not available, we will contact you and provide you with a refund or a credit at your discretion.


All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change and effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Where a sale price is indicated, it will normally be accompanied by disclosure of the original retail price.


We reserve the right to refuse to process an order or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. We will not process orders where we cannot obtain authority for payment and are fraudulent.

We accept all forms of payment as set out on our website.

We process and post orders as quickly as possible so that they arrive to our customers as soon as possible.

We currently use and rely on Australia Post for all deliveries. Please be aware that we are located in rural NSW, and freight times can vary.

Our flat rate shipping fee is $9.95 and we offer free shipping for orders over $150. Heavy or bulky items are not included in these shipping rates. please contact us for a delivery quote on all heavy or bulky items.

We do not accept any liability if your order is lost, stolen or damaged after we have arranged delivery to you.

We reserve the right to apply additional charges to you if you provide the wrong address in your order and the order is returned to us or delivered to the wrong address.

If for any reason, your order is not delivered to you within 30 days due to your error or fault, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide you with a refund less the delivery charges incurred by us.

We also hold no liability if your package is lost or your product damaged due to natural causes or any events outside of our reasonable control.


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item may be not quite right for you, or you may have a change of mind.

We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase provided items are full price, in original packaging, unused and in their original condition and you provide details of your order and payment receipt.

We do not refund on clearance items, end of line items, gift vouchers, personal care items and underwear. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not refund products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

For a full refund, you need to contact us by email and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. We can only process a refund through your original payment method.

We will issue your refund as soon as we have received your return. Please be aware that PayPal and your financial institution may take a further few days to complete the process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We warrant that all our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and of acceptable quality and durability and fit for the purpose of which they were designed.

We provide warranties in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

These warranties do not include:- normal wear and tear, damage arising from improper assembly, damage arising that you have caused after using the product, damage to the packaging, minor variations such as slight imperfections or minor .marks and minor variations in colour or the physical features of the product.

Some products have separate manufacturer’s warranties. If this is the case, we will liaise with the manufacturer for you but we can only offer you a refund as set out in these Terms and Conditions where there is a manufacturer’s warranty.


If you receive an item in packaging that has been damaged, please do not accept the item. Take a photo and contact us immediately so we can liaise with you and Australia Post about the product and we will endeavour to get the product to you undamaged as soon as possible.

If any of your items have arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us by email within 5 business days of receiving your order and include a copy of your Invoice and a photo or video of the damaged or faulty item/s with your email. We will be in touch with you to discuss the damaged item/s and its repair, return, exchange and a refund if necessary.

If you wish to exchange your item, we will be happy to do so, subject to availability of stock.

We will pay for the cost of returning your item however you must include a copy of your Invoice with your return.

We will endeavour to exchange your product where requested as soon as possible however we will not be held liable for delays in exchange due to delays in delivery times and during very busy retail periods throughout the year. We will endeavour to advise you of the expected delivery times and any delays where possible.

If you are returning items valued over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


You cannot cancel an order after your payment has been processed and it has been dispatched. Please contact us if you wish to cancel.
